$3,899.00 per month plus utilities & one-time annual maintenance fee (per tenant).

2 Bedroom 1.5 Bath Torretta Luxe & 2 Bedroom 1.5 Bath Luxe up to 4 occupants,
$2,995.00 per month plus utilities & one-time annual maintenance fee (per tenant).

2 Bedroom 1.5 Bath Torretta & 2 Bedroom 1.5 Bath up to 4 occupants,
$2,670.00 per month plus utilities & one-time annual maintenance fee (per tenant).

ANNUAL MAINTENANCE FEE: A one-time fee of $300.00 per tenant on lease is due on June 5th of each year for refuse collection, snow removal and lawn care/grounds keeping.

• Tenants are responsible for all utilities: electric, water, sewer, refuse collection, cable/phone and annual maintenance fee.
• Security system monitoring is available for a separate monthly fee.
• No pets are allowed.
